Aglaya González has a special interest in scordatura (mistuning of the strings) since she was a child. She completed her Doctor Degree with an investigation about this topic:

Aglaya gives several conferences and workshops about scordatura at the following Universities:

- HfMDK (Frankfurt) 2017
She is organizing various concert-conferences and workshops for instrumentalists, composers and musicologists.
